The Proactive Athlete is where athletes work with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to restore health and maximize sport performance. These sport specialist healthcare professionals focus on the needs of the athlete that relate to healing, optimal health and injury prevention. The Proactive Athlete currently operates one clinic servicing the Burlington area. These clinics are located within Sports Specific Training (SST) facilities which specialize in elite strength training and conditioning. The Proactive Athlete and SST are affiliated to support athletes in achieving their goals.
